I led the UX and visual design for the VetSafe platform, creating a modern, intuitive experience that supports veterinary professionals in reporting incidents, accessing insights, and engaging with industry guidance. My role covered the full design process — from mapping user journeys and simplifying complex reporting flows to developing a clear visual language and scalable component system.

I focused on making a sensitive, detail-heavy subject feel approachable and easy to navigate, ensuring users could quickly find the right tools, submit information confidently, and access support resources without friction. The result is a clean, structured, human-centred platform that improves clarity, trust and usability across the veterinary reporting ecosystem.
